R K Malhotra Associates is located over in Karam Pura, specifically at D 260. We have been in this part of New Delhi for a long time now. Karam Pura is a real residential and commercial mix, and our office reflects that kind of local feel. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. Most of the people who come to see us are from around the neighborhood or found out about us through someone they know. It’s a small operation here. We handle our associates' work and keep things organized as best as we can. The building is a typical Delhi structure, and we’ve made our space comfortable enough for a full day's work. It isn't always perfectly tidy, especially when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We like it that way because it shows we are actually working. There’s a certain rhythm to life here in the 110015 area. We know the tea seller nearby and the other shop owners on the block. It’s a community. When someone walks into our office, they aren't just a client, they are a neighbor or a friend of a neighbor. We just talk, look at what needs to be done, and then we do it. No big promises or flashy presentations. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be helpful to the people who trust us with their business. We will be here if you ever need to stop by.
