24 7 Customer Gurgaon

Even though our name says 24 7 Customer Gurgaon, we are actually located in Mundka. You can find us at D 20 New Friends Enclave. It is right near the Mundka railway station, which is actually pretty handy for the staff who take the train. The walk from the station to the office only takes a few minutes, though the road can get a bit dusty when the weather is dry. We are based in a New Delhi neighborhood that feels very different from the corporate hubs of Gurgaon. It’s a bit more industrial and rough around the edges here. Our building is a simple structure in the enclave. We have been here for a bit, and we have gotten used to the sound of the trains passing by. The office itself is just a big room with rows of desks and a lot of headsets. It gets pretty loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. We don't have a canteen or anything, so most people bring their own tiffins from home. It’s a hard-working environment. We aren't here for the aesthetics; we are here to handle the volume of work that comes our way. The name might be a bit confusing to some, but this is where we have set up shop and it works for us. We just keep things moving and stay busy.
