Our office is located at Wh-76 in the Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase I. Mayapuri is a very busy and crowded place, full of workshops and factories, and we are right in the middle of it. The building is an old one, like most of them around here, and we’ve been here for quite some time. R D Dutta And Company Pvt Ltd isn't some high-tech startup with bean bags and a cafe. It’s a proper industrial office with metal cabinets, heavy desks, and the constant sound of machines and trucks from the street. The air always smells a bit like oil and metal, which is just part of being in Phase I. We have a small team of people who have worked together for a long time, so we don't really need a lot of formal meetings. We just talk across the desks. The stairs are steep and the hallway is a bit dark, but once you get inside the office, it’s a friendly enough place. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the day because it’s usually pretty hectic. Dealing with the logistics of an industrial area means things are always moving, and there’s always some problem to solve or a delivery to track. It’s a lot of coordination and hard work, but that is how it has always been for us here. We just get on with it and try to stay on top of the schedule.
