You can find us at Pushprattan Developers Private Limited on the first floor of 2/3 in West Patel Nagar. We are on the front side of the building here in West Delhi 110008. The neighborhood is always lively and there is a lot of noise from the street below. We have been in this office for quite some time. It is a simple setup with a few rooms and a lot of files. We handle all kinds of development work around this part of the city. Most of our days are spent on the phone or sitting at the big table going over site plans. We don't really go for the polished corporate look. The office feels lived in and we like it that way. It’s where we do the planning and keep track of all our projects. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when several deadlines hit at once but we manage to get through it. We are just a group of people who know how to get things built. There is a lot of coordination with contractors and suppliers every single day. We don't use fancy marketing talk because we don't need to. Our work speaks for itself in the neighborhoods we build in. Being in West Patel Nagar is convenient for us and we have become part of the local scene here. It’s a steady job and we take it one day at a time without any big claims.
