Purushottam Kumar

I’m Purushottam Kumar. I live and work out of House No. 38 in M-Block, New Roshanpura, which is in Najafgarh. Delhi is big, but Najafgarh has its own feel, almost like a small town within the city. My house is where everything happens. It’s a simple brick building, nothing special to look at from the outside. I’ve got a room set aside for my work. It’s got my computer, some files, and a very old ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise. I don't mind it though. I’ve lived here for years, and most of my neighbors are friends. When I started doing this, I didn't think I needed a fancy office in the center of the city. Being here at home works better for me. I can take a break when I want and I don't have to deal with a long commute. The streets around New Roshanpura can get muddy when it rains, but that’s just part of the deal. I’m a practical man. I don’t promise things I can't do. People come to me because they want someone they can talk to normally. No big corporate talk, just plain English and a handshake. That is how I like to run things. It keeps life simple and manageable for everyone involved. Sometimes I even work on the porch when the weather is nice.
