Ursa Business Solutions is based at 153, Arunodaya Apartments in Vikaspuri, New Delhi. Being in a residential apartment complex means our office has a bit of a homey feel to it, even though we are strictly a business. Vikaspuri is a bustling part of West Delhi, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Inside, it is just our small team working on various business tasks and trying to keep everything organized. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that businesses need, like sorting out data or managing schedules. It isn't glamorous work, but it is necessary. Our desks are usually covered in notes and we have a couple of old printers that make a lot of noise. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room; if someone comes by, we just pull up a chair for them. The atmosphere is pretty informal, and we often have lunch together at our desks. Dealing with the Delhi heat and the occasional power cuts is just part of the job here. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone we deal with. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work well and stay on top of our responsibilities. It is a simple operation run by regular people who know their way around Vikaspuri.
