Purnima Saini Buildwell is a small construction business based in Uttam Nagar. Our office is on the upper ground floor of A-1/85 in Chanakya Place Part-1, right near the 25 Futa Road. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and houses packed close together. We’ve been here for some time now, focusing on building and renovation work around West Delhi. We aren't a massive company with a shiny office. It's just a practical space where we meet with clients and talk to our labor crews. Most days are spent making sure we have enough bricks, cement, and workers for whatever job we have going on. Being near 25 Futa Road means there’s always something happening outside our door. Construction can be messy and loud, but we’re used to it. We don't try to sound like we’re more than we are. We're just local builders who know how to get things done. Sometimes the weather slows us down or a delivery doesn't show up on time, but we just keep pushing through. We don't use a lot of fancy sales talk. We just show people what we’ve built and let them decide. We like being in Uttam Nagar because it feels like home. Dealing with local projects keeps us busy and we enjoy the feeling of finishing a solid piece of work. It’s just how we do things here.
