We are located in Milap Nagar, which is part of the Uttam Nagar area. Our shop is at D 7, right across from the Desu Office. Everyone around here knows the Desu office, so it makes us pretty easy to find if you are new to the area. Uttam Nagar is a crowded place, and our street is no different. There’s always people moving around and rickshaws going by at all hours. We handle local property deals, mostly helping people find small flats or rooms to rent in this colony. It’s a lot of local talk and knowing who is moving where. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. The office isn’t very big, but it’s enough for what we do every day. We have some chairs for people to sit and talk about what they need. Buying or selling a house in Delhi can be a bit of a headache with all the papers, so we try to help make it a bit simpler for the neighbors. We aren't a big company with fancy suits or anything like that. It’s just us in the office. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we like being right in the middle of Milap Nagar. If you live nearby or are looking to move into the area, you can just walk in. We’re usually there from morning until late evening. It’s a busy life but we enjoy meeting the different families that come through our door looking for a home in our part of the city.
