Puneet Properties

The office for Puneet Properties is over at House No 58, Block No C/60 in Janakpuri. A lot of people find us by looking for the landmark behind the Central Jail, which is a bit of a strange way to give directions, but it works every time. The office is really just a room in a house that we converted so we could have a place to meet people and keep our files. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is how we like it anyway. We have some old chairs for visitors and a desk that is usually covered in maps of the local area and scribbled notes. Janakpuri is a busy residential spot, so there is always someone walking by or a car honking nearby. We spend our days mostly on the phone or walking around the block to look at different spots. It is not the kind of place where you will find anything too polished. The walls have a few scuffs, and the tea we serve is probably too sweet, but it is a comfortable place to sit and talk. We have been in this specific block for quite a while, so we know most of the people who live around here. It is just a small, local operation where we handle the paperwork and try to stay organized amidst all the documents. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day.
