We aren't a big factory; we are just a team working out of this shop to get organic tea to people who want it. The shelves are usually full of tins and bags, and there is always that faint smell of dried tea leaves in the air. We don’t use any fancy systems, just basic record-keeping and a lot of manual work. Sometimes the market gets loud, especially in the evenings, but it keeps us energized. We handle the packing and the shipping ourselves mostly. It is a simple life of a small business owner in Delhi. We know many of the other shopkeepers around here in Sector 4. Every day is about making sure the tea is packed right and the customers are getting what they asked for without any unnecessary delays. It is a steady routine that we have followed since we started here in West Punjabi Bagh.
