The name of the street tells you exactly what kind of area this is. It’s dusty and there is a lot of construction material moving around all day. Plausible Propbuild Llp is based right here in the middle of it. We don't have a shiny office with air conditioning that always works. It’s a practical spot for a property building business. We spend our mornings checking on materials and our afternoons dealing with laborers or city officials. Mundka is an industrial kind of place, so it fits what we do. The road can be bumpy and when it rains, Cement Wali Gali gets pretty messy. But we are used to it by now. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Most people just know us from being around the yard. We have a few desks tucked away where we keep the ledgers. It’s a lot of hard work and not much glamour. We just show up, do what needs to be done for the current build, and go home tired. It is a straightforward way of living and working.
