We are located at 1 38 Ramesh Nagar in New Delhi, which is a pretty lively part of the city. Being in Delhi means there is always noise from the street, but once you step inside our place, it’s a bit more focused. We deal with physical equipment and various activities related to movement and health. It’s not a massive facility, just a local spot where people come in to get things sorted out. The floors are plain and we keep the equipment lined up against the walls to make as much space as possible. There is a lot of back and forth throughout the day with people asking questions or trying out the gear. We don't have a big reception desk or a bunch of people in suits; it’s usually just one of us greeting whoever walks in. The neighborhood is full of shops and houses, so we feel right at home in the middle of it all. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just part of living in this area. We’ve been here for a good while and the sign outside has faded a bit from the sun, but it’s still easy to spot. We just provide what people need without making a big deal out of it. It’s hard work and we stay busy, but it’s a good way to spend the day. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed so nobody feels rushed when they visit.
