Pfk Infra is based out of a small place at Wz 6, Street No. 8 in Sadh Nagar, Prem Colony. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you aren’t used to the narrow streets of Palam, but we like the local feel of the neighborhood. Our office is right in the middle of where people live and work, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We mostly focus on infrastructure projects, the kind of work that involves a lot of dirt, concrete, and long hours on site. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit every day. Most of us are usually covered in a bit of dust by the time the afternoon rolls around. We started this company because we wanted to do things our own way, without all the corporate red tape that you find in bigger firms. The office itself is pretty basic, just some chairs, tables, and a cooling fan that makes a bit too much noise. We spend a lot of our time managing labor and making sure that the projects stay on track, even when things get difficult. There are always challenges, like when a truck can’t get down the street or the weather turns bad, but we just figure it out as we go. We don’t have a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen what we do. It’s a straightforward way of doing business and it suits us just fine. We’re just a bunch of regular guys working in Prem Colony, trying to do a decent job and keep everything moving without any extra fluff or empty promises.
