Pathak Gk Construction Private Limited

We run Pathak Gk Construction Private Limited out of our place at B-275 in Janta Colony. It's the second floor on the right side, so you have to walk up the stairs. We are right near the school in Shivaji Vihar, which means it gets pretty loud when the kids get out for the day. The space is about 150 square yards, enough for us to keep our files and meet with the crew. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. Usually, it's just a couple of us sitting around a table figuring out the next site schedule. Construction work is messy and takes a lot of time, so we don’t spend all day in the office anyway. We are mostly out looking at walls and floors. It’s a local operation, nothing fancy. We know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes we have to park the bikes a bit further down the street because it gets crowded near the school gate. We started this because we knew how to build things, and that’s what we still do. No glossy flyers or big ads, just the sign on the door and word of mouth from people around Shivaji Vihar. If you're looking for us, just look for the building near the school. We are usually there in the mornings before heading out to the projects.
