Panven Realtors Private Limited is down in Shop No B-21 in the basement of the Ansal Utility Commercial Centre. It is located in Paschim Vihar. Being in a basement shop means we don't get much sunlight, but it stays a bit cooler in the summer months when the sun is really beating down outside. The Ansal Utility Commercial Centre is a pretty busy place with all sorts of shops and offices crammed in together. Our little corner is filled with the usual office stuff like computers, some old printers that jam sometimes, and a lot of files. Paschim Vihar is a big residential area, so there is always something going on with houses or apartments around here. We spend our time trying to keep track of it all. It’s not a glamorous job, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. We don't have any big marketing budgets or fancy advertisements. Most people just find us by walking past or being told about us by someone else in the building. The stairs down to the basement can be a bit steep, so you have to watch your step when you come down. We have a small kettle for making coffee or tea when it gets late in the afternoon. It is just a simple operation run by people who know the local area. We don't pretend to be anything more than that. We just work from our shop in the basement and get through the list of tasks we have each day.
