Pansy Developers Llp is right in the heart of Janakpuri District Centre. If you’re looking for us, we are literally above the McDonald’s there, which makes it very easy to give directions. We’re on the first floor of Dda Building No-02, in suite 101. The District Centre is a very busy place with a lot of offices and shops, and being right above a fast-food joint means there’s always a crowd outside. It’s a convenient spot because almost every bus or metro line seems to lead toward Janakpuri. We’ve been in this building for some time. The office itself is quite plain, nothing like those modern glass buildings you see in Gurgaon. It’s a solid DDA building that’s been around for years. We do our development work from here, which involves a lot of meetings and keeping track of various sites across Delhi. Sometimes you can hear the noise from the street, but that’s just part of being in such a central location. It’s handy having all the banks and food places right next door. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of staff in uniforms. It’s just a few of us working on projects and making sure everything is on schedule. We like the vibe of Janakpuri; it’s got a lot of life and it’s a practical place to run a business without needing to be in a high-rise. We just focus on getting things built properly.
