Pankaj Gattani

My name is Pankaj Gattani. I’ve been operating out of E-14 in Mansarover Garden for quite some time now. New Delhi is a huge place, but this little corner of the 110015 area is where I’ve planted my roots. It’s a residential neighborhood, which I like because it keeps things grounded and real. You won’t find any big neon signs or a glass-fronted lobby here. It is just a regular building where I handle my daily business. I think people appreciate that I am just a local guy they can talk to. I don’t go for all that marketing talk that sounds like it came out of a textbook. I just tell people what I can do and then I do it. Sometimes I have to move things around to make space for new projects, but it’s a living space first and foremost. Mansarover Garden has a nice feel to it, a bit more relaxed than some of the more hectic parts of the city. I usually start my day early with some tea and then dive into whatever needs finishing. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s mine. I handle everything myself or with a bit of help when things get really piled up. If you are looking for someone who stays busy and keeps his word, that’s what I try to be every day.
