If you find yourself over at the Vikaspuri D D A Marke, you’ll probably see our sign for Pahariya Meat Chicken & Flash Shop. We are at unit 41495. It’s a busy little corner of the market. There is always someone shouting or a scooter zooming by. We’ve been working out of this spot for a few years now. It has become like a second home to us. It’s a pretty basic setup. We just have the counters and the storage areas we need to keep the meat and chicken ready. We spend a lot of time every morning making sure everything is cleaned up before we start the day's work. It’s a messy business. There’s no way around that. Still, we do our best to keep things in order at 41495. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We are just a local shop. People come here when they need something for their kitchen. The market can be a bit overwhelming if you aren’t used to it. This is especially true on the weekends when it gets really crowded. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here. We all help each other out when someone needs a hand moving something heavy. We also trade change when someone runs out. It’s a hard way to make a living. You spend long hours on your feet. We’ve gotten used to the pace of the D D A Marke.
