Our office for PAAM Buildwell Private Limited is over at 23/65 West Punjabi Bagh. It is a residential part of West Delhi, so it feels a bit quieter than the main markets. We have been using this space to manage our building projects for a while now. The address is easy to find if you are familiar with the Punjabi Bagh area. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with the guys who work on the sites. It is a very normal office setup. We do not have any big signs or anything too flashy outside. Usually, there is a car or two parked out front and someone is always coming in with a new set of drawings. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We might be wearing casual clothes most of the time because we are often headed out to look at construction progress. Working in West Delhi is convenient for us. We handle the paperwork and the planning right here from this house-turned-office. It feels more like a home than a corporate building, which we prefer. There is always a pot of tea going and some snacks on the table. We just focus on the building side of things and try to keep our neighbors happy. It is a practical way to run a construction business without having to deal with the chaos of a big commercial center.
