We are based out of Janak Puri in New Delhi, and our official mailing address is Post Box No 9653. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way to handle mail but it has worked for us for a long time. Janak Puri is a massive area and we are just one small part of it. The office itself is pretty quiet most of the time. We deal with a lot of administrative stuff and coordination for our products across the region. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements on the walls. It’s mostly just functional furniture and stacks of files. Working in Delhi means you deal with the crowds and the noise, but once you get inside the office, things settle down a bit. We spend our mornings going through whatever came in through the post or over the email. There is always something to fix or a report to finish. We aren't the type to have long meetings about nothing. We prefer to just talk across the desks if something needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living and working in this city. We've got a regular routine that hasn't changed much over the years. We take our breaks when we can and try to get through the workload before the evening traffic makes the commute home impossible.
