We are based in Paschim Vihar, right in the Jwalaheri Market at number 12. If you’ve ever been to Jwalaheri, you know how packed and lively it gets. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. We do a lot of promotion work, which means we spend a lot of time talking to vendors and printing out banners. The office is small and usually smells like fresh ink or coffee. We have stuff piled up in every corner because there’s never enough storage space in these market shops. It is not a place for people who like quiet and peace. We are constantly shouting over the noise from the market outside. We don’t have a corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in and does whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or carrying boxes down the street. We’ve been here long enough to know all the other shop owners in the lane. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements for ourselves. Most of our work comes from people walking by or local businesses who know we are here. It’s a busy, messy, and very real way to run a business. We just keep our heads down and keep working through the list of tasks every day until the market closes and we finally get to go home. No big speeches, just the daily grind.
