Ntl operates from the third floor of a building in Guru Harkishan Nagar, which is in the Paschim Vihar area of New Delhi. The address is M-134. Since we are on the third floor, we get a bit of exercise every day going up and down. It is a typical residential-commercial mix area, so it feels very much like a neighborhood office. We have been here in Paschim Vihar for some time, and it suits what we do. The office itself is not very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need into the space. We mostly spend our time on the phones or handling the logistics of the business. It can get a bit loud outside when the market nearby is busy, but we don't mind it. We don't have a fancy elevator, so people who visit us have to be ready for the stairs. It keeps us grounded, I guess. We try to keep things simple here. No big corporate policies or fancy dress codes, just people doing their jobs. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that is usually where the main decisions get made. The 110087 pincode area is quite well connected, so getting supplies isn't much of an issue. We just show up, do what needs to be done for Ntl, and head back home. It is a decent way to work and we like being part of this community.
