NOTHERN INFRA STEEL BUILDING PRIVATE LIMITED is tucked away on the third floor at T-450/B-5 in Baljeet Nagar. It is right in the heart of Central Delhi. We do a lot of work with steel structures and infrastructure. It is heavy work and it can get pretty hot, especially when you are out on a site in the middle of July. Our office is a bit of a climb since we are on the third floor, but it gives us a decent view of the rooftops in Baljeet Nagar. We spend a lot of time calculating weights and looking at structural designs. It is not the kind of thing you can rush. If you get the steel work wrong, nothing else really matters. We are a small team, and most of us have been doing this for years. We don't talk much about innovation or excellence. We just talk about whether the beams are straight and if the welding is solid. The area around here is quite crowded, and getting materials in and out can be a real challenge for us. We have had to get creative with how we move stuff through the narrow streets. It is just part of the job. We aren't a fancy outfit. We mostly wear work clothes and have grease on our hands. We like being in Baljeet Nagar because it is central and we can get to almost any part of the city.
