Subhash Nagar is where we spend most of our time. Specifically, we are at 10 17 Subhash Nagar in New Delhi. Not Applicable is the name we use for the business. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood—lots of narrow streets and people everywhere. Our space is on a busy block, so there is always something happening outside. We’ve got a small sign, but it’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it. Inside, it’s a bit cramped. We have shelves full of old folders and a couple of computers that are getting a bit slow. The tea stall on the corner is where we get our morning start. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us trying to make things work. We don't have a polished way of doing things. Sometimes we lose a pen or forget where we put a specific file, but we always find it eventually. The traffic in 110027 can be a nightmare, so we usually try to get here before the rush starts. We’ve been in this building for quite a while. It has its quirks, like the door that squeaks and the window that doesn't quite close. We don't talk much about "strategies" or "goals." We just look at the work for the day and get through it. It works for us and that is what matters most at the end of the day.
