We are up on the third floor of B 16 13 in PT Colony. Janak Puri is a busy place, and New Delhi always feels like it’s in a hurry. Northern Credit Credit Collection Business Pvt Ltd is where we work. Our days are filled with making calls and going through lists of accounts. It’s not the easiest job, but someone has to do it. The office is a bit cramped with all the desks and files, but we make it work. We hear the traffic from the main road all day long. Sometimes we have to go out and meet people in person, which takes a lot of time in the Delhi heat. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything. We just follow the rules and try to settle things as best as we can. The air conditioner is our best friend during the summer months. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we know how to handle the difficult days. We eat lunch together in the small pantry we have. It’s just a regular office life. We aren't making any big claims about being the best. We just focus on the tasks we are given and try to clear as many files as we can before the day ends. It’s honest, hard work and we take it one day at a time. Sometimes the phones are silent for a bit, and we just catch our breath. We leave the office once the sun starts to set.
