We are located on the first floor at B1 403 in Janakpuri, New Delhi. It’s a decent spot for Nokia Siemens Networks Pvt Ltd, and being on the first floor makes it easy for folks to find us without too much trouble. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for quite some time now. The office is a bit of a mix of old files and newer tech gear. We don’t really go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s a place for work, and that’s mostly what happens here. Our day usually starts with a lot of tea and a look at the logs to see what needs fixing. Janakpuri is a busy area, so there’s always a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a while. We have a small team, and we all know our roles. It isn’t like those big offices where no one knows anyone’s name. We talk to each other and figure things out as they come up. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to organize the spare parts and clean up the workstations. When things get busy, though, it’s all hands on deck. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it seems to work out just fine for everyone involved here.
