Being in a village area like Matiyala means that everyone kind of knows everyone else’s business. We work on building and developing properties all around this part of West Delhi. It involves a lot of manual work and checking on small details that most people would probably never notice. Our office is not a corporate suite; it is just a simple room where we can sit down and talk about building plans over a cup of tea. We started this because we saw a real need for builders who actually show up and do what they say they are going to do. We are not perfect, and sometimes things take a little bit longer than we first planned, but we always finish what we start. The streets around here can be very tight, and getting big trucks in and out is always a bit of a puzzle, but we have gotten pretty good at solving it over the years. We are just a group of people trying to make a living by building decent homes for other families. It is a simple goal, and we stick to it as best as we can. There are no fancy mission statements here, just bricks and mortar.
