Nishant Arora Properties

Nishant Arora Properties is a small operation based at R 152 on the R Block Road in Uttam Nagar. We’ve been working out of this office for a while now, focusing on the houses and shops right here in the neighborhood. Uttam Nagar is a crowded place, and the R Block is no different. It’s a lot of narrow streets and houses built close together. We spend our days talking to people who want to move in or move out of the area. It’s not a polished corporate office with a lot of staff. Usually, it’s just me or one other person here to help out with the calls and the walk-ins. We know the local streets and who owns what, which helps when someone is looking for something specific. Real estate around here is mostly about knowing the local people and being available when they have a question. We don’t bother with big marketing phrases or fancy slogans. We just list what’s available and show it to whoever is interested. Sometimes the paperwork is a bit of a mess, so we spend time getting that sorted out for the buyers and sellers so they don't have to worry about it. It’s a simple business. We just help people find a roof over their heads or a place to start a small shop. If you are walking down R Block Road, you’ll see our small office. We are usually in and out all day showing properties, but we’re always around.
