Nirankar Estates

You can find Nirankar Estates right across from the Janak Cinema Hall. We are at Shop No Rz A5 on Street No 10 in Durga Park, just off Pankha Road. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when a new movie is playing. Our shop isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who walk in off the street or just want to chat. Pankha Road is always moving, and we’ve been part of this street for a long time. We know the buildings and the houses around Durga Park better than most people. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just showing people around and dealing with all the paperwork. Some days we're out all afternoon walking through different streets in the heat. Other days we just sit in the shop and wait for the phone to ring. We don't use big words or try to push people into things they don't want. We just give the facts as we see them. It’s an honest way to work. Being opposite the cinema hall makes us very easy to find, which is nice for everyone. We like the local feel of Street No 10. Most of our neighbors are good people who have been here as long as we have. We’re just a local shop trying to help out where we can and make a living in this busy part of the city.
