We are based out of a house in Kiran Garden, specifically H No B 1 33 in the Nawada area of Uttam Nagar. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very much like a local operation. We share the space with Dilip Bhatia. Doing facility management means we are usually out and about more than we are sitting in the office. We look after buildings and make sure things like cleaning and repairs are taken care of. It’s a lot of coordinating with different people and making sure everyone shows up when they are supposed to. Some days are a bit of a scramble, especially when something breaks unexpectedly and we have to fix it fast. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. We just have this spot in New Delhi where we keep our records and take our calls. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. We talk to our neighbors and know the local shopkeepers. We started this because we saw a need for someone to just take care of the basic stuff that keeps a building running. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just work hard and try to be honest with everyone we deal with. The office at B 1 33 is where the planning happens, but the real work is out there at the sites we manage.
