Nhm Pandey Buildtech Private Limited is located over in Uttam Nagar. You can find us at House Number 52 in Dayal Sir Colony, near the electric pole. It’s a bit of a maze getting back into the colony if you aren't used to the streets. We are right in the heart of West Delhi. Our office is part of a residential building, which makes it feel more like home than a cold business space. We handle a lot of different construction tasks. Some days we are looking at technical drawings and other days we are out in the sun making sure the foundations are right. It gets very busy around here. The streets are always full of people and small shops. We like being in the middle of it all. We don’t have any fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in the neighborhood. We’ve been around for a bit and people know they can just walk up and talk to us. It’s a lot of physical labor mixed with office work. We keep our records in big ledgers and on the computer. It’s not a perfect system, but it works for us. We just try to do a decent job on every project we take on. It keeps the lights on and keeps us busy. We don’t need much else besides some good weather to work in.
