New Uttrakand Associates is located at 3 Uttam Nagar in the Bhagwati Garden area, specifically on Mahabir Jain Road. It is a busy neighborhood and there is always something going on outside our door. We have been working from this office for a while, helping people find their way around the local housing market. Bhagwati Garden has its own vibe, and we have gotten used to the noise and the rhythm of the streets here. Our office is pretty basic. We have some chairs and a few desks where we keep our files. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or walking over to show someone a nearby flat or a small shop. We do not have a big corporate office or anything like that. We are just local people who know Mahabir Jain Road and the surrounding blocks. People stop by to ask about rents or if there is any new land for sale. We just tell them what we know. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We have seen the area grow and change, with new families moving in all the time. We try to be helpful to anyone who comes in, whether they are looking for something big or small. It is not a fancy life, but we like the work. Being right in Uttam Nagar keeps us right in the middle of the action every day. We enjoy the local community.
