We have our setup over at D 354 in the Tagore Garden Extension. It’s a solid part of West Delhi and we have been working out of this location for a while now. As builders, we are usually more comfortable on a site with a hard hat on, but this office is where the planning happens. It’s a standard residential-style building converted for our needs. You’ll find desks covered in maps and stacks of permits. Tagore Garden is a busy place, and there is always something being renovated or built nearby. We fit right in with that. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties unless we absolutely have to. Most days it’s just jeans and work boots. We handle the day-to-day tasks of running a building business, which means a lot of phone calls to suppliers and making sure the crews are where they need to be. The extension area is a bit quieter than the main market, which helps when we need to sit down and figure out a budget or a timeline. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy website. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or by seeing our name on a board at a construction site. We just focus on getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. It’s a practical way to live and work. We like being in this part of Delhi because it feels real and lived-in.
