Nesteasy Facility Private Limited has been around Plot No. 233 in Lokesh Park for a bit now. Najafgarh is a busy place, and being over here in South West Delhi keeps us on our toes. We handle basic facility tasks. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Kh No. 1/13 is a mess, but we manage to get through it. It’s just a few of us working out of this spot. We don't have a big fancy office, just a practical space where we coordinate things. People in the neighborhood know where we are. We deal with the day-to-day stuff that comes with managing buildings and keeping things running. It's not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. Most days are spent on the phone or out at different sites checking on things. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit since we started. There’s always something to fix or someone needing help with their property. We try to keep it straightforward and just get the job done without too much fuss or paperwork. If you’re around Lokesh Park, you’ve probably seen our sign near the corner. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We are just local people trying to make a living and help out other local businesses with their facility needs. It's a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from filing papers to checking on maintenance crews. That’s just the daily life for us here.
