You can find us on the 3rd floor of building 282 in KG II, Vikas Puri. New Delhi is a huge place, but this little corner of Vikas Puri is where we spend our working hours. Being on the third floor means we have to climb some stairs, but it gives us a bit of a view of the street below. We handle real estate and property consulting for Cb Richard Ellis. It is not a very large office. We have enough space for our team and the visitors who come by to ask about local properties. The walls are mostly plain, and the furniture is functional. We don't spend money on things that don't help us get the work done. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed for a Delhi office. We talk to each other about the projects and the local market over lunch. Sometimes we have to go out to look at sites, so the office might be a bit empty in the afternoons. Vikas Puri has a lot of markets and parks, so it’s a nice area to be in. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't have any big corporate slogans on the walls. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure our records are kept in order. It’s a simple way of doing business in a very busy city.
