Our office is at 309, Shivlok House-I in the Karampura Commercial Complex. It is quite close to the Milan Cinema, which is a big landmark around here. Karampura is a busy commercial hub, so there are always people moving about and things happening. We have a small space on the third floor. It is a simple setup with a few computers for booking tickets and looking up travel routes. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or big travel posters everywhere. It’s just a place to get the job done. The building itself is quite busy, with many other businesses sharing the same floor. We have been here for a while and we know the tea guy downstairs pretty well. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and talking to people about their travel plans. It can get a bit repetitive, but we don't mind. The commute to Karampura can be a bit of a struggle during rush hour, but that is part of life in Delhi. We aren't a big corporate agency, just a small team trying to keep things moving. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just help people get where they need to go. Sometimes the office is a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we just wipe the desks and keep going. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We just do our best to stay on top of all the bookings for everyone.
