Our office is located at A-147 on the first floor in the J J Colony area of Hastsal Road. If you know West Delhi, you know this area is always buzzing with people and vehicles. Neev Propertywallah Private Limited is a small business we run right from the heart of this neighborhood. We chose this spot because it is close to the people we work with every day. The office itself is quite modest. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that seem to never end. Hastsal Road can get very congested, especially in the evenings, so we usually get most of our work done earlier in the day. We are not into big presentations or corporate speeches. We just talk to people like neighbors because that is basically what we are. Many people come to us because they are confused about how to buy or sell a small place in the colony. We just try to give them the facts without any fluff. Sometimes the process takes a long time because of the local authorities, and we are always honest about those delays.
