We are based over in Tagore Garden Extension at B-112 on the second floor. It is a pretty regular neighborhood in West Delhi where things are usually moving fast. Our office isn't one of those big glass buildings you see in the fancy parts of town. It is just a simple space where a few of us sit and handle property work. We spend a lot of our time looking at files or talking to people who want to move into the area. Navdhara Realtors Llp is basically just a small team of local folks. We know the streets around here well because we spend our days walking them to check on different sites. The office can get a bit crowded when a few people drop in at once, but we always have the tea kettle going. It’s a bit of a climb up to the second floor, but it’s worth it for the quiet away from the street noise. We don't really do the big flashy advertisements. Most of the people who come to see us just heard about us from a neighbor or saw the sign while they were out getting groceries. We try to keep things very straightforward. Dealing with property in Delhi can be a real headache with all the paperwork, so we just try to stay organized and help out where we can. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us busy and we like being part of the local community.
