MYYSA ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED

Myysa Estates Private Limited is over in the Udyog Nagar Industrial Area. Our office is at A-2, right along Rohtak Road in Delhi. It is a very busy part of the city with a lot of trucks and factories nearby. We spend our days managing estates and property work from this location. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a few rooms with desks and plenty of files. We have been here for a good while now. The area is usually quite loud with all the industrial activity. Rohtak Road always has a lot of traffic, so we hear the horns all day long. We just get on with our work. It is mostly a lot of coordination and talking to different people about land and buildings. We don't use any fancy software or big corporate systems. We just write things down and keep our records straight. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait for it to come back on while we talk. It is a small team here at Myysa. We know each other's families and we often share our lunch. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up every morning and try to finish the tasks on our list. It is a practical way to run things. If you come by, you will likely see us surrounded by papers. We prefer it this way. It feels real.
