Mosaic Services is located on the first floor of M 27 in Kirti Nagar, New Delhi110015. Kirti Nagar is a very active area, known mostly for its furniture markets, but we are here doing our own thing. To reach us, you just walk up the stairs at the side of the building. The office is one large room with some partitions we put up ourselves. It’s a simple setup with basic furniture and a few computers. We have been here for a couple of years now. We like being on the first floor because we can see what’s happening on the street. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who handle various service requests. We don't have a polished corporate image or anything like that. We just focus on the work that needs doing each day. Usually, it’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules. We don't spend much money on advertising; we just rely on people finding us at our address. It’s a very straightforward way of running a business. We usually grab lunch from one of the nearby dhabas or bring something from home. It is a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we don't mind. We just want to get through our tasks and make sure everything is handled properly. There are no fancy meetings or big speeches here. It’s just a group of people working together in Kirti Nagar.
