Modicare Ltd is located at 103 A in the DDA Flats of Shivaji Enclave Extension. This is right in the heart of New Delhi, specifically in the 110027 area. It’s a typical residential-style building that has been converted for our use. Being in a DDA flat means the space is quite specific—there are certain corners and a layout that anyone who grew up in Delhi would recognize immediately. The Shivaji Enclave area is usually buzzing with activity, and the extension part is no different. Finding our particular flat, 103 A, sometimes takes a bit of looking around since the numbering in these colonies can be a little confusing for newcomers. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a bunch of elevators. It’s a walk-in kind of place where things are kept simple and functional. The desks are crowded together, and there’s always a bit of chatter from the street coming through the windows. It’s an honest workspace where we handle the daily operations of the company. We focus on the tasks at hand, whether it’s sorting through orders or managing the local distribution. It’s not a fancy setup, but it’s our base of operations in this part of North Delhi. People from the neighborhood often walk past, and there’s a real sense of being part of the local community while we go about our business day after day.
