Mizta Realtech Private Limited

We are located over in Uttam Nagar, specifically at A-14 Milap Nagar. If you know Delhi-West Delhi, you know how packed this area stays. Our office at Mizta Realtech Private Limited is right in the middle of all that noise and movement. It’s a typical Delhi spot where there is always something happening on the street. We started out here because it was convenient for everyone to get to. The building itself is okay, nothing too special, just a place where we do our work every day. We handle a lot of property stuff, mostly just local things in the neighborhood. Usually, our mornings start with a cup of tea from the stall around the corner before we get into the paperwork. The desks are always covered in folders and random notes we took during calls. It gets pretty loud when the school nearby lets out, but that is just how it is in Milap Nagar. We don't really have a big reception or anything like that. People just come in, sit down on the plastic chairs, and we talk about whatever they need. It feels more like a home office sometimes because we have known the people in the building for so long. West Delhi has a lot of energy and we just try to keep up with it. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we get the job done without much worry or a polished corporate image.
