MIVAN FORMWORK CONSTRUCTION AND CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED

Working out of Nihal Vihar in Nangloi can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic, but this is where we've set up Mivan Formwork Construction and Consultancy. Our place is at B-82 in the R2 block, near where the old buildings used to be. Most of what we do involves Mivan formwork, which is basically a specific way of casting concrete so things move faster on a job site. It’s heavy work and it takes a lot of coordination. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls; it’s more of a practical space where we manage the teams and the gear. The guys here have been doing construction for a long time, so we’ve seen pretty much every problem you can imagine with a foundation or a wall. Sometimes people ask us for advice on how to use these systems, so that’s where the consultancy part comes in. We stay busy around West Delhi mostly. It’s a lot of early mornings and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us working out of the Nihal Vihar address, making sure the forms are set right and the concrete is good. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit messy with the dust and the mud. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized so the whole project doesn't fall behind.
