MIDPOINT CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

Midpoint Construction is based out of Nanney Park in Uttam Nagar. Our space is on the upper ground floor of B Block, Flat Number 1. It’s a tight-knit neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for a bit. Construction is what we know. We spend most of our time out on sites, so the office is mostly for paperwork and keeping our tools organized. Dealing with construction in a place like Delhi means you have to be ready for anything, especially the narrow lanes and the heat. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Sometimes the trucks can't get into the streets here, so we have to figure out other ways to get the cement moved. It’s a lot of physical labor and coordination. We have a small crew and we all know each other pretty well. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the buildings around Uttam Nagar over the years. Our work is basically just making sure foundations are solid and the roofs don't leak. It’s not flashy, but it’s necessary work. We keep our overhead low so we can just focus on the building part. If someone needs to find us, they just look for the B Block area near the park. We’re usually around somewhere, either at the desk or checking a site nearby.
