You can find us at B-15 on the first floor in Shankar Garden, which is part of the Vikas Puri area. Miar Realtech is the name of our company, and we’ve been operating out of this West Delhi location for some time now. The office is a fairly simple setup on the first floor. We have some desks, a few laptops, and a shelf full of property records and site plans. It’s a relatively quiet street compared to the main Vikas Puri market, which we appreciate when we are trying to focus. We mostly deal with real estate and some technical aspects of the building trade. Our day usually starts with a lot of phone calls and checking on various project statuses. We aren't a big corporation with fancy lobbies. It’s just a small team of people who know the local area well. Sometimes we have to head out to different parts of Delhi to check on sites, so the office can be a bit empty in the afternoons. We don't spend money on big advertising campaigns or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us from others. It’s just a straightforward, honest way of doing business. We try to keep our paperwork in order and make sure we don't miss any deadlines. It’s not always easy with the traffic and the heat, but we just keep at it. That is how we operate here.
