Mateshwari Comcon Private Limited

We are based over at Plot No. 1 on the ground floor of the MS Extension in Mohan Garden. It’s right near the Sai Baba Mandir in Uttam Nagar, which is a very busy part of South West Delhi. Mateshwari Comcon is basically just us doing construction and commercial work from this little ground floor spot. Being on the ground floor is quite handy because we don’t have to deal with stairs and people can just walk in from the street. The office is a bit cluttered with samples of tiles and bricks, and there is usually a thin layer of dust from the road outside. We have a few desks and a couple of fans that we keep running all day to deal with the heat. It’s not a polished corporate office by any means. We are mostly out at the building sites, so the office is just where we handle the admin and the billing. We’ve been in this neighborhood for some time and we know most of the shopkeepers around here. It’s a loud and lively place to work. We don't have any big mission statements or promotional slogans. We just get the jobs done and move on to the next one. Managing a business in Uttam Nagar means you have to be ready for anything, from power cuts to traffic jams. We just take it day by day and try to keep our clients happy with the work we finish for them.
