Mass Placements As A Consultant Coordinator

We are based out of Nihal Vihar, right near Paschim Vihar in New Delhi. My name is on the door as the consultant coordinator here. Mostly, we spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people who need work. It’s a busy spot at Rza 158. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs where we try to figure out where people fit best. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic outside, but we manage. We handle a lot of different types of placements. Some days are slow, while others have us running around quite a bit. It’s been a few years since we started here in this neighborhood. People stop by asking for help with their careers, and we do what we can to point them in the right direction. It’s just us doing the daily grind, making calls and checking in with companies that have openings. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just simple work. The address is easy to find if you know the area well. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up. Dealing with jobs is never easy but it keeps us on our toes. We have been in this part of Delhi for a while now and know the local scene pretty well. It’s just a regular office doing regular things for regular people who just want to work.
