You’ll find Mantar Realtors LLP over at House No 7 on the first floor. We are right on Road No 77 in West Punjabi Bagh. It’s a nice enough area in West Delhi, and being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street. Our office is pretty lived-in. We have piles of papers on the desks and a couple of old fans that keep the air moving. We deal with real estate things for the local community here in the 110026 area. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between our desks and various property sites. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors or showing people around the houses nearby. We’ve lived in this part of Delhi for quite a while, so we know the shortcuts and the shops. The office gets a bit bright in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, but we don't mind. We aren't trying to be some big international firm. We are just local people helping other people with their property needs. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a busy week, but we always figure it out. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed for anyone who stops by for a chat or to sign some papers. We find it is better to talk in person than over some long email thread.
