Manikaran Estates

Our little shop is located in the Fateh Nagar DDA Market, unit 41356. It’s a busy market area, so there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve got a small counter and a few plastic chairs for anyone who drops in. Most of the time, we are just helping locals with their property questions. Whether it’s someone looking for a small shop to rent or a family trying to find a flat nearby, we try to help out. The market can get really crowded on the weekends, making it hard to get any quiet work done. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. Our files are mostly kept in big registers because we still like writing things down by hand. It feels more reliable than just putting everything on a computer. The lights in the back of the office flicker sometimes, but we haven't gotten around to fixing them yet. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just basic real estate work. We talk to people, show them what’s available, and handle the paperwork. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings us a round of chai while we’re working on a deal. It’s a simple life in the market and we don't have many complaints. We just keep showing up and doing what we know how to do. There is always someone new stopping by.
