Mandeep Properties

Mandeep Properties is located right at Shop No 7 on the ground floor. We are over in Block No 1/36 in Subhash Nagar. If you know where Ajanta Cinema is, then we are really easy to find because we’re just a short walk from there. It’s a decent little shop, nothing too big or flashy, but it works for what we do. We spend most of our time talking to people about houses or shops they want to rent or buy around this part of town. Subhash Nagar is a busy neighborhood so there is always someone coming in to ask a question. Sometimes we’re out showing a property and the shop is locked for a bit, but usually, someone is around. It’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with real estate in a place like this. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the streets around here pretty well. We’ve seen the cinema change and the shops around us change too. It’s a good spot because people can just drop in while they are out doing their errands. We keep our files on the desk and some tea ready for whoever walks in. It isn't complicated. We just help people find a place to stay or work in Subhash Nagar.
